We work on a future where young Christians are spiritually fulfilled and actively involved in shaping a better world for themselves and the generations to come.
There was a noticeable gap in opportunities for young Christians to participate in meaningful service and outreach initiatives. Many desired to positively influence their communities but didn’t know where to start or lacked the platform or resources to do so effectively.
Upon seeing these challenges, the founders of ROJ were moved to establish a transformative avenue to help young Christians flourish in all aspects of their lives: personally, spiritually, and socially.
We want to see young Christians grow in their faith; thus, we provide them with mentorship, resources, and support to strengthen their relationship with Christ. Doing this gives them the courage to put their beliefs into practice through fellowship, prayer, and worship.
We provide educational programs, professional opportunities, workshops, and resources young Christians need to succeed in all areas of life. By taking this comprehensive approach, we aim to help them develop the self-assurance, resilience, and compassion necessary to take on leadership roles in their social circles.
We host regular outreach events and involve young Christians in meaningful community service to inspire them to act on social concerns. We hope that by working together with local organizations, advocating for causes, and participating in volunteer activities, we can instill selflessness and empathy in our membership.
